Be sure you download the proper version. A 16-bit patch will only update the 16-bit version and a 32-bit patch will only update a 32-bit version. You can find out which version you need by running the application and choosing Help/About. The dialog that is displayed will indicate which version you have. After downloading the patch you can run it to apply the patch. The only thing you need to know beforehand is the directory or folder where Convert It! is installed.

Please note that there are no patches available for versions of Convert It! prior to 3.52. If you have a version prior to 3.52 please for an update disk.
